- Loans from £500k-£35m
- Existing customer discount (0.25% off the arrangement fee)
- Interest-only mortgages for up to 12 years, part or full capital repayment for 25 years
- Up to 75% LTV on interest-only
- Full range of Arrangement Fees (1%, 3% & 5%) and Interest Rate options (variable or fixed for 2, 3, 5 or 10 years)
Please note: When submitting a PBSA case in Broker Hub, please select Commercial, and an option for PBSA will be shown. The product will not appear if Residential is selected.
Key Criteria
- Experienced landlords
- 75% occupancy from domestic students
- Located in close proximity (approx. 30 minutes walk) from the University that it serves
- Minimum 150% DSCR based on gross rental income
- Please note: standard MUFBs or HMOs with demand from a wide range of tenants that happen to be let to students will continue to be assessed as BTL loans
