We’re making some important updates to our Buy-to-Let mortgage range, which will go live on Thursday 1st October 2026.
Rates have been updated across the range and now start from 4.19% on a Standard Range 2-Year Fixed and 5.99% on a Standard Range 5-Year Fixed, with loans available from £50,000 to £1.5 million and up to a maximum of 80% LTV.
Pipeline
All pipeline applications submitted on existing products will continue to be honoured, provided a mortgage offer is issued on or before Monday 2 November 2026.
