We’ve now improved the Loan to Value on our Real Estate Ready Loan to support straightforward residential investment deals, helping more client scenarios while maintaining the simple and efficient journey you might already be familiar with.

For qualifying cases, we will be able to support:

• up to 75% LTV for 100% residential investment properties.
• loan sizes from £100,000 to £750,000.

You’ll still be able to refer deals for mixed-use and commercial deals as well, with a range of term profiles, and choice of interest only, part amortising, or fully amortising repayment options. You’ll also benefit from decisions in principle on the same day, providing more certainty of funding.
