Some reputations take years to build. Some take only one…

Complex Income? We’ve seen it all.

Do you know what we need to assess complex income cases?

From locum medical professionals and supply teachers to agency workers and those on zero-hours contracts, we know that not everyone works a standard 9-to-5. That’s why we take a common-sense approach to assessing income.

 What we’ll need:

  • At least 12 months’ experience in the same profession or field
  • A minimum of 12 months’ contracting history
  • The latest month’s bank statement
  • A copy of the current contract, where available. If fewer than three months remain on the contract, we’ll also need a copy of the next contract or written confirmation of renewal
  • For dentists, any UDA (Unit of Dental Activity) deductions must be taken into account
  • For supply teachers, agency workers and applicants on zero-hours contracts, we’ll need the latest payslip or invoice and the most recent P60
  • For locum medical professionals we’ll need the latest 12 months payslips or invoices or a 12-month payment summary from the employer
