Do you know what we need to assess complex income cases?
From locum medical professionals and supply teachers to agency workers and those on zero-hours contracts, we know that not everyone works a standard 9-to-5. That’s why we take a common-sense approach to assessing income.
What we’ll need:
- At least 12 months’ experience in the same profession or field
- A minimum of 12 months’ contracting history
- The latest month’s bank statement
- A copy of the current contract, where available. If fewer than three months remain on the contract, we’ll also need a copy of the next contract or written confirmation of renewal
- For dentists, any UDA (Unit of Dental Activity) deductions must be taken into account
- For supply teachers, agency workers and applicants on zero-hours contracts, we’ll need the latest payslip or invoice and the most recent P60
- For locum medical professionals we’ll need the latest 12 months payslips or invoices or a 12-month payment summary from the employer
