We are pleased to let you know that our new Mortgage Hub is now live! We believe our new Mortgage Hub will transform how you interact with us, offering you an efficient and user-friendly platform for managing your client applications, illustrations, and DIPs. Please click here to access our new Mortgage Hub
On packaged cases – the originating broker MUST be registered with us in order to submitted business on behalf of them. So please add this to your pre-submission checks/requests. During the application process, the application form will ask for the brokers registered email address, and if it cannot be found, you will be unable to submit the case until they have registered. New registrations are typically handled very quickly but could take up to 2 working days
As part of this process, it is important that access to the portal remains accurate and up to date. If any individuals at your firm leave the business, no longer require access, or have had their permissions removed internally, you must contact us immediately so we can update our records and ensure access is managed appropriately.
If you need to notify us of any changes to users or permissions, please email mortgage.desk@familybsoc.co.uk or contact our Mortgage Desk on 01372 744155 without delay. Please provide us the brokers name and firm so we can suspend their account.
