We’re delighted to announce that we are now in a position to pilot our return to Limited Company BTL lending with Connect.

The pilot is specific to your broker number with Skipton International.  All the details of the new rates and criteria are contained within a hidden webpage, accessible from this link Skipton SPV mortgage. The information on this webpage includes the application form, which is a manual process for this pilot (we do plan to move it to the portal in the future,) which you will find near the bottom of the page.

When you enter your details to submit an AIP, you should now have an option that appears for SPV (Limited Company BTL).

The proposition is similar to our previous proposition with the highlights being:

• 65% LTV
• Min Loan size £200k
• Fees of £4,999 and using our local firm Ferbrache & Farrell.
• Max of 2 Directors/Shareholders.
• Pure SPV not trading co and must be UK, Guernsey or Jersey incorporated.
• Non UK Directors only, EU residents acceptable for Ltd Co BTL
