We’re writing to let you know that with effect from 29th June 2026, Tandem has taken the decision to withdraw its First Charge Mortgage offering and is no longer accepting new applications for this product range.

We’d like to assure you that we will honour any live applications currently in the pipeline and these will continue to be processed in line with our standard policies and procedures.

Our team remains committed to supporting our valued brokers and customers through to completion and will be in contact with you separately to provide any further information you may need to ensure your application progresses smoothly.

Existing Tandem customers will continue to be serviced in line with their contractual terms and should notice no difference in the day-to-day management of their agreements as a result of this change.

Customers will retain access to all relevant existing support channels, including complaints. Customer queries can be directed through the usual contact details broker@tandem.co.uk.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all brokers who have supported our First Charge Mortgage proposition and placed business with us over the years.

Please note our Second Charge Mortgage products are unaffected by this decision, and we continue to welcome applications through Tandem Connect.
