That’s why we created Life Happens, a mortgage proposition for customers who’ve experienced financial difficulty, but have since shown strong financial management and long‑term stability.
The proposition is currently only available to a select number of firms & networks and advisors at Connect are part of that semi exclusive panel
Life Happens is designed for customers who:
- Experienced financial difficulty
- Can evidence a clear recovery period and consistent financial control
- Are ready to move forward without being defined by past circumstances
We assess customers based on their position today, and we have enhanced our lending criteria with clearly defined lending tiers, enabling us to support a broader range of customers.
What we love most about Life Happens is that the system automatically cascades your customer to the most appropriate product based on their credit profile, even if they ultimately fit within our core range. This means you can be confident that your customer is getting the most appropriate product based on their profile.
This proposition is currently in its pilot phase and has been live with one other network. We’re pleased to confirm that it is now available to all advisers at Connect.
