Broker fees can now be added to new Shawbrook Refinance (SBR) applications and deducted from the loan amount.
Following feedback from our broker partners, we’ve extended the broker fee functionality already available on new-to-bank applications to include Shawbrook Refinance cases too. The Broker Fee Authority Form will be issued to your customer via DocuSign alongside the Formal Mortgage Offer documents.
As a reminder, broker fees remain capped at 1.5% of the loan value.
This enhancement applies to all new Shawbrook Refinance applications submitted from Monday 22 June.
