We’ve reduced our bridging rates across the entire regulated product range, including standard, light and heavy refurb.
New rates:
- Standard rates from 0.54%pm (was 0.59%pm)
- Light refurb rates from 0.54%pm (was 0.59%pm)
- Heavy refurb rates from 0.55% (was 0.60%pm)
While rates may be falling, opportunities certainly aren’t.
