On Monday, we’re launching new Special Edition 5-Year Fixed Rates with no valuation fee.

Brokers can choose between two product fee options:

• 0% product fee
  • 6.24% on standard properties (including flats above commercial and new builds)
  • 6.39% on HMOs/MUFBs up to six bedrooms/units
• 2% product fee
  • 5.84% on standard properties (including flats above commercial and new builds)
  • 5.99% on HMOs/MUFBs up to six bedrooms/units

All our products have no application fee and are available to both individual landlords and limited companies.
