We’re pleased to confirm a series of rate reductions across our Second Charge Loan Product range, with decreases of up to 55bps and new rates starting from 5.39%.
All updated rates will be available on the UTB Mortgages Portal from Thursday 5 March and will appear on all major sourcing systems shortly afterwards. Pipeline applications submitted on older products will continue to be honoured, provided it has completed before Friday 29 May.
