30 day DIP guarantee: Our Decisions in Principle (DIPs) are guaranteed for 30 days. This means:
- Rate security – The mortgage rate is secured if the DIP is converted to a full application within 30 days of submission.
- 10 days to package – Once submitted, you have 10 working days to submit a fully packaged case.
- Underwriting – Only fully packaged applications with all documentation will proceed to pre underwriting.
24 hours’ notice
We want to support you and your clients as much as we can, and we know that you’re navigating an unpredictable mortgage market at the moment.
That’s why we’ll give you at least 24 hours’ notice of any product withdrawal.
