What can I earn?
The referring adviser receives 15% of the gross client fee, with referral remuneration capped at £300 for larger trust-based or complex cases.

We want to keep this simple. You can introduce your client directly to Conduit Estate Planners with brief details, and they will take it from there.

Route 2 | Wills through SortRefer

Already available through your SortRefer account, this is a simple, system-based route for clients requiring a professionally advised Will.

Who is it for?
Clients who need a Will as part of putting their financial affairs in order, with Single and Mirror Wills available and fully advised options across Levels 1–4.

What’s the benefit?
It gives you an easy way to introduce Will writing alongside the mortgage journey, while the advice and client follow-up are handled by qualified practitioners. You can also earn £40–£60 in referral fees, depending on the type and level of Will selected.

How does it work?
Log in to SortRefer, select QUOTE/REFER → WILLS, answer a short series of questions and instruct the quotation. The selected supplier then contacts your client directly, completes the fact-find and prepares the draft Will for their approval.
